Shortly after the implementation of ZA’s (Zinszer & Associates, Inc.) Great Expectations Program, Southern Pride of WNC started realizing the benefits of the program and Art Zinszer’s consulting services. Admittedly, I was skeptical at first but once Art met with us and explained the program we could readily see the potential benefit for us and our bottom line. Art efficiently and effectively tailored "Great Expectations" to our needs in a surprisingly short period of time. Within 1 week we were up and running from start to finish. During that week the bulk of the work was carried out by ZA thereby allowing us to focus on our jobs.

The promise of building confidence with our homebuyers has become a reality. Receiving homebuyer comments like "you are the most professional builders we have interviewed" and "we have confidence in Southern Pride to build our home" are common place now.

Because of the underlying processes of the program, the implementation of the Great Expectations Program has driven our company to a more efficient organization keenly focusing our attention on our homebuyers at all levels of the company. The concept of "developing and managing the homebuyer’s expectations" has become a reality and has impacted our bottom line with cost savings, effective training and referrals.

We are pleased with the contributions ZA has made to our company and look forward to working with them in the near future on other initiatives.
