Art Zinszer made a direct impact by helping me improve how I process
business decisions, how I interact with my business associates, and how
I develop ways to monitor my progress.   Soon after we put together a
personal plan that fit into my unique business model, my confidence and
production increased making this adventure very worth while.  

I wanted to know how I was really being perceived by my associates and
how to change that perception to enhance the work environment for all.
Art called all the right plays from his own play book of experience.  I
was looking for someone I could trust with both my business decisions
and indecisions.  I was looking for someone who would be up front with
me, honest with me, and would hold me accountable.  He never let up and
kept me encouraged the whole way through.

We ended up changing my perceptions, the perception of how others see me
based on new habits and enhanced leadership skills.  I am grateful to
Art and the positive impact he has made with my team.  I have gained a
great coach and good friend.
